This is a small building with long-term residents, and the condo association imposes strict rules and fines to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone. The condo board set the fines, there is nothing we can do about it. By booking, you agree to follow these rules and accept fines for violations that continue after 1 warning:
- No parties, loud music, shouting or noise that would disturb neighbors after 9 PM: Fine: $700 USD.
- No towels on balcony railings: Fine: $100 USD.
- No glass on the rooftop (plastic cups provided): Fine: $100 USD.
One warning is given for rule violations. Continued issues will result in immediate fines.
These rules are in place to maintain a harmonious living experience for all residents. They were established due to past incidents with a few disruptive groups. Fortunately, 99% of guests comply with these guidelines without any issues.
