Las Flores Properties & Vacation Rentals was born out of the unlikely union of an American ex-banker and a Mexican entrepreneur who share the love of travel. We met in New York and traveled the world before settling in the beautiful Riviera Maya. Living like comfortable local residents was one of the best parts of our travel experience and what we aim to provide to our guests.

We started in 2006 with one condominium and one star employee who wore 1,000 hats. In 2011 we hired our head housekeeper whose attention to detail and unwavering positive attitude keeps everyone on an even keel. Business growth was steady but modest until 2016 when we brought on our current general manager, whose vast array of talents has helped fuel our growth and who amazes us every day.

Happily our starting team is still with us ensuring our guests have a great experience and enabling us to give work to more local people.
